As you may already know, Magpie Community Events has a strong progressive mission and values. Our goals are vast, and it takes time to establish an equally strong foundation, so that we may support the communities that we wish to serve. We have always strived to do the right thing, and have since day one. To ensure that we continue to stay the path we’ve paved for ourselves, and ensure it is safe for those who will walk it, we reached out to an amazing organization…

We proudly interviewed with, successfully fit the criteria, and were offered the humble opportunity to partner with We The Action and their established network of amazing lawyers!

We’ve always wanted to strictly keep a non-fandom affiliated person(s) to keep consistent and non-biased with important decisions, as well as utilize appropriate language for all legal matters. We are excited to continue this with our new partnership with We The Action!

To say we are excited barely scrapes the surface! Our tiny project is now listed among hundreds of other inspirational non-profits who we hope to follow in their footsteps.
